GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Fever Pitch is a Bristol-based creative visual content agency, sitting under the Bristol Sport umbrella, and we are looking for a videographer to join our fast-growing team on a full-time basis.
Bristol Sport is a unique sports and entertainment business with the core aim of providing integral support services to ensure the sustainability of Stephen Lansdown’s sporting group of companies which includes Bristol Sport, Bristol City, Bristol Bears, Bristol Flyers Basketball and each of their respective community charities.
JOB PURPOSE
To deliver across a variety of digital and print design work ranging but not limited to social media creative, email marketing, print such as direct mail and brochures, marketing and commercial presentations. Our desired candidate will have graduated in a creative course and have extensive examples of design content suitable for various platforms. They will be excited, passionate, on trend and ready to throw everything at a new role.
KEY OBJECTIVES
As an agency we aim to:
Create engaging and creative content that puts the clubs and the brands across Bristol Sport/Ashton Gate on the map
Deliver commercial content itinerary across the group in accordance with the contractual activation agreements
Produce revenue generating content to support major campaigns (Season Tickets, retail campaigns, kit launches, media days, fixture launches, concerts and conferences)
Deliver required content on time, to high quality, and to deadlines for respective clients (both internal and external)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KPIs)
To interpret and deliver creatively, working collaboratively across all departments including Ticketing, Retail, Hospitality, Commercial and other areas of Bristol Sport and Ashton Gate, to ensure alignment on major campaigns
Completing design briefs from concept through to design, ensuring all work is produced to a consistent standard and format
Create a range of concepts and mood boards based on briefs when required for larger projects such as Season Tickets and Membership
Deliver first class design output working to very tight deadlines
Constantly introduce creative flare to make our campaigns stand out from the rest
To understand and work with restrictions from external bodies (Football League, Premiership Rugby etc)
To design within club and partner brand guidelines
To work closely and have a voice with the team to develop new creative ideas that drive the business forward
To ensure all artwork is delivered in correct formats and follow the correct proof checking process so that no work is released with errors

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Understanding of key design principles and typography
Working experience of InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, After Effects and other editing software
Experience of mood board creation
Designing for print
Awareness and understanding of branding

An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
Experimentation with AI technologies
