ABOUT THE PROJECT

Pledgeball, a charity dedicated to tackling climate change through the power of sport, partnered with us to launch Arsenal and Colombia U21s goalkeeper Alexei Rodriguez as their latest ambassador. Our challenge was to introduce Alexei in a way that highlighted his personal commitment to sustainability, while creating content that was both authentic and engaging for fans.

 

To bring this to life, we travelled to Alexei’s house in London to capture a fly-on-the-wall style film that gave audiences an intimate glimpse into his daily routine. Through candid conversations, we discussed his perspective on sustainability within football and his personal life, before visiting a waste management centre, where he experienced first-hand the impact of sustainable practices.

 

By combining access, storytelling, and a high-profile football figure, we were able to deliver content that resonated with viewers and elevated Pledgeball’s message. The campaign successfully drove awareness around the charity’s mission, attracted wider publicity, and demonstrated the power of sport in inspiring climate action.
