ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Challenge
Bristol City wanted their 24/25 season ticket campaign to do more than sell seats, it needed to capture the spirit of the club and inspire fans. With a new manager at the helm and momentum building, the challenge was to unite past, present, and future around a message that resonated deeply with supporters.
The Project
The Always Believe campaign brought the club’s brand strategy to life through a powerful video and supporting graphics. Using the strategy itself as the script, legends from across generations - past and present - voiced each line. Bespoke footage of match-day celebrations, fans, community moments, and training gave the film emotional weight (and some serious logistics and planning!) The finale came with new manager at the time Liam Manning delivering the last line, symbolising belief in a new era.
The Impact
The campaign went down well with supporters, driving record season ticket sales for the club. By blending heritage with hope and putting fans at the heart of the story, Always Believe reinforced loyalty, built excitement for the future, and showcased Bristol City as a club rooted in its community and ambition.
